Payment Plan Terms

To reserve an item you pay a deposit from 25% of its delivered price. You can choose to pay more — anything up to 100%.

As soon as your deposit is paid, the item is reserved for you and taken off sale. Your deposit counts towards the price; it's not an extra fee.

You can spread the remaining balance over up to 3 months, paid every month. The balance is split into equal instalments; any rounding of a few cents goes on the last one.

Your full schedule — every amount and due date — is shown before you reserve and in My Account.

After your 2nd payment (your deposit counts as the first), we buy and inspect your item and start shipping it to Ghana. If you pay in full sooner, we start straight away.

We'll remind you 7 days before, on the day and 3 days after each payment is due. Reminders appear in the Messages section of My Account.

If an instalment isn't paid by its due date, your reservation is marked Overdue and you'll see a warning in My Reservations. Just pay the missed amount and you're back on track — there are no late fees.

If the balance still isn't fully paid by your final due date, you get a grace period of 14 days to finish paying. We'll send you a final notice when it starts.

Life happens. During your grace period you can ask for one hardship extension from My Account, with a short reason. If we approve it, you get up to 30 extra days. We'll tell you our decision either way.

If your grace period (and any extension) ends with a balance unpaid — or if you decide to cancel at any time — you choose one of three options in your account within 14 days:

1. Swap — everything you've paid moves to another available item. If it costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the extra becomes store credit.
2. Store credit — 100% of what you've paid, to spend on anything in the store.
3. Refund — what you've paid, minus a cancellation fee:
   • Before we've bought your item: 0% of the amount you've paid — so a full refund.
   • After we've bought your item: 15% of the item price, but never more than you've paid.

If you don't choose within 14 days, we'll give you store credit automatically — so you never lose what you've paid.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the day it's issued. You can use it toward any deposit or instalment. Your balance and expiry dates are shown in My Account; the credit that expires soonest is used first.

We deliver to Ghana only, and only once your item is fully paid. Prices are "delivered to Ghana" — shipping and import costs are already included.

You'll never owe us more than you've paid.

This isn't a loan. If you stop paying, we never chase you for the rest — you simply choose a swap, store credit or a refund. Your balance can never go negative and you'll never be in debt to us.

Is there any interest or a loan?

No. There's no interest, no credit check and no loan. You simply pay for your item in parts.

Can I pay early?

Yes. You can pay the next instalment, any amount, or the full balance at any time from My Account → My Reservations.

Do my terms change if you change these settings?

No. Your deposit, schedule, fees and grace period are fixed on the day you reserve.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. You'll then choose a swap, store credit (100% of what you've paid) or a refund minus the cancellation fee.

Can I use store credit for a deposit or instalment?

Yes. Tick “Use store credit” at checkout or when you pay.

Do I pay extra for shipping or import duty?

No. The price you see is delivered to Ghana — shipping and import costs are included.
